Day 51 · February 20

A devotional for today

Today’s readings

• Old Testament: LEVITICUS 9:7-10:20
• New Testament: MARK 4:26-5:20
• Psalm: PSALM 37:30-40
• Proverb: PROVERBS 10:6-7

Discover

Leviticus shows the danger of approaching holiness on our own terms. In Mark, Jesus reveals divine authority over creation and evil. Through Him, we can draw near to the holy God.

Reflect

Have I become too casual about God’s holiness?

What storm am I trying to control instead of trusting Jesus?

Where have I seen Christ set someone free?

Fellowship

Tell one another about a time Jesus carried you through something you could not control.

Prayer

Lord Jesus, You are holy and powerful. Teach us reverence, trust, and confidence in Your authority. Amen.

Live

When fear rises today, remember who is in the boat. Trust Jesus.
