- Old Testament: ECCLESIASTES 10:1-12:14
- New Testament: 2 CORINTHIANS 8:1-15
- Psalm: PSALM 49:1-20
- Proverb: PROVERBS 22:20-21
Old Testament
Ecclesiastes closes by urging us to remember our Creator before life passes. The final word is simple: fear God and obey Him.
New Testament
Paul points to generous believers and then to Jesus, who became poor for our sake. Grace received becomes generosity given.
Psalm
Wealth cannot ransom a life from death. Rich and poor alike need a rescue money cannot buy.
Proverb
Store truth in your heart so you can speak dependable words.
Discover
Ecclesiastes asks what finally matters. Paul answers by pointing to Christ. Jesus gave Himself for us, and His gift frees us to live generously rather than clutching what cannot save.
Reflect
If my life were measured by what lasts eternally, what would need to change?
Fellowship
How does the generosity of Jesus reshape our use of money, time, and ability?
Prayer
Lord Jesus, teach me to number my days and give myself generously for what matters to You. Amen.
Live
Give something today - time, attention, encouragement, or resources - without expecting repayment.
